Available at our 10% management level, this guarantee provides peace of mind in the rare event that a tenant must be evicted. We will cover the cost of a simple, uncontested eviction—handling the entire process from notices to regaining possession—so you’re not left footing the bill.
Maintenance Guarantee
If any maintenance problem arises with work completed by our maintenance team or one of our vendors within the first 90 days we will make it right at no cost to you!
- Work must be completed by an approved Kader vendor.
- Existing damage does not qualify.
- Does not apply if manufacturer’s warranty is in place.
- Excludes sewer backups, pest control, and HVAC repairs not warrantied by the vendor.
